SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 62.5 KVA ,415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire,with multifunctional panel having overload/short circut/low oil/ engine overspeed/water/oil emp indicator and alarm system and AMF panel with onload auto changeover of load, engine and Alternator as per IS complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation as specified by OEM and Engineer in Charge etc. Note : the following items are included in item rate (a) 12 Volt battery along with copper connecting lead. (b) Fuel storage tank with fuel pipe (c) Multi functional panel having the following safety features from over load / short circuit over /under voltage , low lube oil /engine over speed /water and oil temperature with indication & alarm system (d) Digital volt meter, ammeter, frequency meter,RPM indicator , KWH meter& hour meter (e) Dg set will be enclosed in a factory made Acoustic canopy as per ISI. (Note: (i) The rate includes the cost of foundation and all necessary civ work as per manufacturer drawing(ii) The rate includes the cost for 12 Hrs load test as specified , including diesel and provison of load for testing .(iii) contractor shal hand over user manual, tools kit, test certificate of manufacturer) Make - CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR/ CROMPTON GREAVES.

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for Indoor use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 2 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 40mmx40mmx5mm with front open able shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 250 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter,CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of minimum height 45 cm from ground level to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :INS DG Panel). II.MCCB, 4pole, 63 Amps , rupturing capacity 16 KA magnetic thermal release - 04 Nos.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3½ core complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M & L for High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) DWC of size 75 mm inner dia laid in trenches for passing of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.

Disconnecting/dismantiling/taking down DG Set of capacity 40 KVA and disconnecting of LT incomming/outgoing cable connection and Shifting of DG Set from existing Sub Station to MES Store Yard at new location etc complete all as directed Engr- in- charge.

Material & Labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material & Labour for round/ tubler pipe, equval angle and clamps of mild steel as required/ directed shape for DG Set protection sheed any location of LT distribution system including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of earth work, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Supply,Install,Testing and commissioning of Pressure motor pump set suitable for 230 V, single phase system having capacity 1 HP icluding dismantiling of LT incomming/outgoing cable and pipe lines connection and Shifting from existing Sub Station to MES Store Yard at new location etc with all accessories complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge. Make:-Kirloskar /Crompton Greaves/KSB as approved by AGE(I)
