Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all lift and lead.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer‟s specifications @0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.(a) Add extra for above item per 0.1 kg extra in emulsion per sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504.50/75mm compacted thickness with 3.3% bitumen VG30 grade with all lead of mix Material

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted), on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, composed of specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 kg/10 sqm and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required), transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, but excluding cost of tack coat and seal coat with all lead and lift for mix of Material (MoRTH specification : clause 510, 112) In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader bitumen VG30 grade

Providing and applying Premixed Seal Coat type “B” comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum per 10 sqm) premix with (6.8 kg per 10 sqm) bitumen binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH, and laying with paver finisher and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne, including all lead of mix Material (MoRTH specification : clause 511).Bitumen VG30 grade

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/ 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer‟s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and Erecting typical Citizens Information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MoRD, made of two MS Sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900 mm × 750 mm stiffened by angle iron 25 mm ×25 mm × 3 mm all around the plate and plates fixed on frame of 75 mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 m with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900 mm) to be joined by 5 mm thick MS plate at 12 places (65 × 50 mm) duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600 mm × 600 mm × 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering - In-Charge. All MS will be stove enameled on both side, Lettering, figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MoRD specification.
