Supply and laying centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes with double flanged end, class K-9 conforming to IS-8329/2000 (latest revision) with inside cement mortar lining and metalic zinc coating and outside black bitumen coating and having portland cement properties suitable for gasket joints including suitable size of rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washer but excluding specials complete all as specified and directed. Completing the work in all respect as per drawings, as specified ans directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 100 mm nominal bore

(b) 150 mm nominal bore

(c) 200 mm nominal bore

(d) 250 mm nominal bore

(e) 300 mm nominal bore

Supply, fixing, testing & commisioning Sprinklers comprises of 15mm dia conventional pattern, 68 Degree Centigrade , quatzoid bulb type pendent sprinklers. The installation shall be complete as per the drawings and requirement of local fire service & complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : Spray safex / HD or equivalent make as approved by GE

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of listed and approved and as per IS standards automatic fire Alarm detectors if following types including end of line relay bases whereever required as per specifications including making connections with wires to complete the system :- (MAKE : System Sensor / Apollo / Edward)

Optical/Photoelectric type smoke detectors as per IS : 11360 - 1985 of photo-optic sensing chamber, 12/24 volt D.C., twin visual alarm indicator "Blink" in stand by and "Steady" in alarm (LED's) complete in all respects with base as required , complete all as specified and directed.

Fixed cum rate of rise temprature type heat detectors as per IS : 2175 - 1988, 57 to 60oC (135oF.) (fixed) and 15oF per minute rate of rise twin visual alarm indicators (LED's) "Blink" in stand by and "Steady" in alarm complete in all respects with base as required, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Projected Beam smoke detector with protection range upto 100 meter operating temperature of -22oF to +131oF, caliberated test filter, alarm indicator (local red LED), trouble indicator (local amber LED), normal indicator (local flashing green LED), alignment LED etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of manual call points break glass type housed in 16 SWG sheet steel housing in surface/recess including making connections with wires complete in all respects and as per specifications. The manual call point should have an indicator, which should "blink" in stand by condition. (Make:MPA/ASC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of electronic hooters (hooters shall also be able to work as public address system sounders) housed in 16 SWG sheet steel housing suitable for wall / ceiling and surface / recess mounting including making connections with wires complete in all respects and as per specifications and directed.

Supplying ,fixing,testing and commissioning of response indicators pulsating type suitable for operation on 12/24 volts D.C., housed in 16 SWG sheet steel housing suitable for surface/recess mounting including making connections with wires complete in all respects and as per specifications. The response indicator should have an indicator, which should "blink" in stand by condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , fixing, testing and commissioning of ISI marked 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated Armoured stranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS : 1554 specifications on existing cable tray / rack or fixing on wall/ ceiling with iron clamps or inside existing pipe complete in all respect including end termination, glands, lugs & clamps etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Concealed or open 20 mm external dia. Rigid non metallic PVC conduit with and including all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends, junctions and terminal boxes and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook, etc for fire alarm wires complete all as specified and directed. (Cutting chases shall not be measured separately and shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor against Sch 'A' Part I(Building Work)) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing of cylindrical type flanged air vessel tank, 450 mm dia, 1.0 m long and made out of 6 mm thick M.S. plain black sheet, including necessary welding or riveting as directed, common for all pump sets including flanged connection, suitable supporting legs etc. The air cushion tank shall be provided with stop cock, safety valve, pressure gauge, drain valve, provisions for pressure switches, tested to min 15 KG/cm2 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of 4 way 63 mm instantaneous inlet for fire brigade connection and making connection with 150 NB fire fighting wet riser pipe or under ground water tank and fixing inlets with caps and chains in a 4 mm thick glass fronted box of 16 SWG MS sheet, fixing it on the ground level on concrete base or on MS Angle Iron frame, painting with two coats fire red paints over primer coat, completing the work in all respect complete including testing complete all as specified and directed. Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size (120x120x120)cm (internal dimension) of sub class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:4) on 200 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bedding and coping, 15 cm thick cement platering in cm (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level and providing valve pit cover with 3mm thick MS sheet welded with (40 x 40 x6) mm angle iron frame fixed on top surface of pit wall on edge of the cover and hinged in one side and providing locking arrangement including complete painting of the corner with two coas of synthetic enamel over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of ISI marked 25 Sqmm 4 core Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured, served, sheathed Cable 1100 V grade with terminal joints by palm or pin type cable sockets (lugs), insulating with tapes, double compression type brass and nickle plated compression glands. On surface, the cable run shall be on MS cable trey or fixed on M.S. clamps etc.of suitable size or as directed complete in all respects, as specified and directed. In case Cable is laid in trenches Excvation and earthwork, Sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for F/F point wiring with copper conductor from Ground floor to Top Flore for MCP/Hooter/Control Pannel Board(Control panel Board to Each MCP located at Each flore and hooter) including appropriate size of PVC casing capping/PVC Conduit with all accessoriese for surface/concealed wiring as per existing including 2x1.5 sq. mm + earth wire 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Cutting existing 150mm MS pipe line and fixing of any type of fitting for connecting new pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ,Servicing of all multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour, for repair / replacement of worn out Gland Packing of pump set / sluice valves / hydrants any make / metal / size including washers of any shape / size to avoid water leakage as indicated including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , fixing, testing and commissioning of local fire alarm control and indicating panel with mimic panel with indicating lights etc complete in all respects for proper working of the system and as per specifications. The control wires between the local control panel and the main control panel should be monitored and give a fault indication at the Main Panel in the event of a fault complete all as specified and directed. Installation Testing Commissioning Testing of Networkable Analogue Addressable Fire Alam Control Panel. The Panel Shall be compliant with EN54-4 and approved by LPCB. The Fire Alarm control Panel should have 4 loops & shall have expandable capacity to 8/ loops. The panel must have full colour 800 x 480 LCD with resistive touch screen and automatic backlight dimming. The panel must also have the capability to take addressable intelligent wire and wireless devices on same loop. Each loop shall have a capacity of 127 analogue addressable devices and 127 base sounders/Base sounder beacons. The panel shall have an event log of minimum 10,000 events @ 1 second resolution, Filterable and Printable. The panel shall have three access levels. Panel Shall support filterable and printable. The panel shall have three access levels, Panel shall support upto 500 cause & Effects entries, with upto 20,000 inputs controlling & 20,000 controlling outputs across the network. The panel shall be fully expandable via common plug in loop driver boards, The user shall have a choice of using the panel with 5.25 Amp o 10.25 Amp power supply unit which is inbult in the FACP and should be approved to EN54-4. The panel shall have configurable via USB port to PC or memory stick. The panel shall have dedicated Rs 232 serial port for optional printer. Approved by EN54.
