Earth work in ordinary soil in embankment including all completion of the work. As per MORD Specification 301.50 & 302

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of road with first class bricks 8cm (3'') wide 12cm. (4.50") deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labour T&P etc complete as per S.I.No. 765.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mexhanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.350kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm & 11.2mm Dala grit using penetration grade bitument VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification clause 508.

Providing, laying seal coat Type C using Dala stone chips passing 100% from 9.50 and retaining 100% on 2.36 mm sieves and @ 0.65kg/sqm. bitumen VG-10 including heating mixing laying etc. complete
