M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor/ gunny bags to remove all loose dirt including removing material to low lying area from MoD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade at penetration at 5Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.5% binder content and filler by weight of total mix as per design mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanically spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete , by using mechanically power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified. NOTE: (i) The mix design shall be carried out only in SeMT wing / Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (ii) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (iii) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and qualities of materials as mentioned in particular specification /SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provsion of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/ specified in the item, if shape all as directed by the GE. (iv) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggregate and binder (nitumen) and semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years. (iv) Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint of adequate No of coat, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes solar reflective type of aluminium alloy body solid of size 110 x 120 x 23.5 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm), die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and consisting of protection glass and 100% water proof design according to IP67 minimum 06 nos LED with minimum working hours 72-96 hours, view distance minimum 1000 mtr including 1.2V nickle metal hydride rechargable battery to give back up for atleast 3 days, as pproved including fixed with epoxy complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of tiles/ interlocking tiles bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
