Base Frame Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

INSTALLATION WORK: S&F MS angle iron structure made of (80x80x6)mm / (50x50x6)mm MS angle 50mm X 8mm MS flat, nut bolt etc to support 350mm dia MS pipe, chair for AMF panel etc. Incl painting as per GS.

Supply and Installation of exhaust pipe line connection with MS black pipe 200mm (8”) dia ISI approved, necessary nuts, bolts, washer, gasket incl. electrical welding where necessary.

Painting the 200 dia MS black pipe by Aluminum paint of two coat over the RO primer. Approved make.

Wrapping the Exhaust pipe line (200 mm dia) with Al. sheet high quality with necessary wire mesh & 50mm thick glass wool.as per direction of EIC.

wrapping the residential type exhaust silencer.

Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working & carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run & dismantling at the end of work.

Supply and delivery DIESEL for 250 DG set .

Cerring cost for 2000 ltr Diesel from Pump Station to Site .

Supply and delivery 200 ltr capacity Oil Tank as per direction of EIC .

Supply and delivery Diesel Hand fuel transfer pump . ( manual operation ) as per direction of EIC .

S&F 2 Kg capacity ABC type Gas pressure (DCP) fire extinguisher on wall by suitable size of iron bracket (Make - Fire Shield)

S&F 9 ltr. Capacity round fire bucket with iron hook and duly filled up by sand.
