Supply, fixing and brazing in repair of earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified & directed.

The earth pit should provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT 205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ration chemical compound with the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or llecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make: ABB Furse CEM as per RB 336. Each earth pit should contain:- a) 1 No. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel, 17.2 mm dia, 3 m length. b) Rod to tape clamp (type A). c) 25kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-74.) light weight inspection pit cover with 5000 kg weight load capacity. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
