Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level withcement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster in 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 fine sand ) ,15 mm thick.

Dumping of stone including cost of stone in horizontal level stone filling

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying of damp proof course of 50 mm thick with cement concrete (1:2:4),mix with 12.50 mm thick stone aggregates.

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
