Providing and fitting of mechanical components to 10000 GPH x 10-13 meter head mono submersible pump Installed at Thill Roun Dugwell no. 1 by way of extraction of damaged mono submersible pump by drawing out MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block and shifting the unit to workshop. Dismantling and extraction of the internal assembly from the pump and providing and fitting of new components viz. thrust pad-01 , cast iron impeller-1no, check nut-1no. Complete rewinding of 3 HP motor alongwith remetalling and finishing of rotor shaft together with fabrication and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Assembling of complete unit. Shifting back pump to the pumping station and then lowering in the Dugwell by lowering the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. Testing the pump sets on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by the firm separately. (Complete job)
Repair to 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono submersible pump Installed at pumping station Dibber (Intake) by way of extraction of mono submersible pump from open well (River Tawi) by drawing out MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. shifting of mono submersible pump to the workshop and then dismantling and extraction of the internal assembly of the pump and providing and fitting of new components i.e. thrust pad-2nos., cast iron impeller-1no., chuck nut-1no, dish pad-1no. Repair to rotor shaft alongwith fabrication and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Replacement of tie rods-4nos. and studs of suction / delivery of pump set. Assembling of complete pumping unit. Shifting back pump to the site of installation and then lowering in open well (River Tawi) by lowering the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block and testing the pump set on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by the firm separately. (Complete job).
