Supplying and filling in plinth with crusher dust / coarse sand under floors including, watering, ramming and compacting in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth and dressing complete. (Note:- Maximum thickness of this layer to be provided shall be 20cm)

Replacement of existing EWC seat with new white colour 1st quality parryware/ Johnson or approved equivalent make EWC including the work of removal of existing damaged seat fixing of new ‘P/S’ trap EWC seat, making connection to waste line & flushing cistern and fixing new solid type white colour seat cover etc. complete with all labour material etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Base rate 4140.00 Each.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: With 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate. M-15 - Grade concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : With 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate.M-10 Nominal Mix -1 Cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Upto plinth: Foundations, footings, bases for columns, plinth beams, curtain walls, columns below plinth..

Brick work with well brunt open bhatta, bricks, crushing strength not less than 25kg /cm2 and water absorpt ion not more than 20% in foundation and plinth i/c curing etc complete, Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).
