Labour for overhauling of On Load Tap Changers in 80MVA GTG Power Transformer and 41MVA STG Power Transformer with detailed works as follows. 1. Lifting of diverter switch insert from the oil compartment. 2. Dismantle of diverter switch. 3. Cleaning & Inspection of contacts and all the insulating parts as per our norms. 4. Measurement of Transition resistance with Multi meter. 5. Inspection of Braid, Tightness and healthiness of insulation components. 6. Cleaning with fresh oil 7. Re assembly of diverter switch. 8. Inspection and Cleaning of diverter switch oil compartment. 9. Cleaning & inspection of Drive mechanism. 10. Greasing of Top Drive Unit & Bevel Gear. 11. Check the coupling components of all the poles. 12. Inspection of Protective relay, Bevel Gear & its shaft assembly. 13. Checks raise and lower operations of all taps.
