Supplying all materials, labour and T&P fo Fixing tiles in floor, treads of steps, landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixing with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of Granite tiles (20 mm thick) etc. as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work finished smooth, watering and curing etc.. as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for 2.50 cm thick grading concrete with CC (1:2:2) using 6mm size CBHG chips, watering and curing etc.. as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for painting two coats over a coat of priming with cost of paint and primer.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for painting one coat with any approved paint with cost of paint primer

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for M.S. grills for door and windows as per specification and direction of EIC

Priming two coats over a coat of priming over new wood work & iron work with the cost of primer & paint.

Labour for fitting fixing of 1.5mm plastic felt inclusive of bitunen 80/100 grade including of tarfelt sheet.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect.

C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc., complete

Cost towards fitting, fixing of PH items such as over head tank, pipes, cisterns etc. all materials, labour complete

Cost towards Transperency board, photograph, & other unforseen items
