Cold Milling of Existing Asphalt surface to therequired depth using milling machine includinghire and running charges for the machine,cleaning the milled surface so as to avoid slipperyincluding all other incidential charges and other unforeseen charges etc. complete.

Conveying the milling materials to the work site to deposit at places inside DAE installationidentified as dumping yard as per requirementwith a lead specified below including loading,unloading, breaking clods, levelling all completeas per specification and as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 4 kilometre butnot exceeding 5 kilometres.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I (40mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder (of 60/70 grade) @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction density complete in all respects as per clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity liquid bitumen emulsion of RS1 grade (IS 8887) using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface/bituminous, cleaned with mechanical broom etc., complete in all respects as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using with 30% of RBM (Reclaimed Bituminous Material) and 70 % crushed aggregates of grading I (19mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.6 to 5.0% of mix and filler, Milling of the existing paver inside the DAE complex site, transporting the reclaimed aggregates after milling to the hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher with sensor control preferably with Niveltronic Basic system of sensor and having a Pave width range of 2.55 M to 7.5 M width to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5 th Revision), IRC 120 -2015 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Cleaning the road surface shall be carried outwith wire brush, sweeping with mechanical broom and dusting by using compressed air as per specifications. 2) Cost of Milling & Tack Coat will be paid seperately under relevant item. 3) Pre-heating of the mineral aggregateand bitumen to the specified temperature,thoroughly mixing with binder of specifiedbitumen content and filler as per mix design shallbe carried out at hot mix plant of specifiedcapacity as per MORT&H Specifications. 4) Carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved means tolaying site. Laying the hot premixed material overthe prepared surface by means of paver finisherincluding manual operation as and whenrequired for proper grade, level and camber. 5) Sensor based paver for laying of Bituminous Concrete to be used during exceution of work. 6) Supply and evenly spreading of Quarry Dust over the finished layer and cleaning the same,removing small stones before allowing traffic on road.

Providing and laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic compound make Berger or otherapproved equivalent make including reflectorisingglass beads @ 250 gms per sq.m area thicknessof 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glassbeads for road marking by using modernpropelled road marking machine with single coatincluding cost and conveyance of all ingredientssuch as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide,calcium carbonate, inert fillers, colour pigmentsas per clause 803.4 of MORTH specifications,including cost of all other materials, hire chargesfor the propelled modern road marking machine,labour charges for mixing ingredients, addingtemperature as per specifications, cleaning theroad surface, advance marking of center line,providing necessary advance cautionary signboards, red flags, traffic cones all as per trafficglass beads and heating to the requiredrules, safeguarding the newly painted surface tilldrying the same, labour charges for supervisionand all other incidental charges and the finishedsurface shall be level, uniform and free fromstreaks and holes etc.; all complete as perspecifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area as per specifications etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.
