Cleaning and replacement of existing filter media (capacity 15000gallons/hr) materials such as fine sand, core sand,fine silica,core silica, small, medium and large aggregates and provision of new materials of fine sand, core sand and gravels,pebbles in filter bed. Supply and fixing in replacement of 200mm bore Mild Steel ERW pipe heavy duty 3m length with reducer for suitable size/ as site requirement, 2 Nos of flange heavy duty both side including bend / reducer for suitable size welding with flange heavy duty, cutting/welding with smooth finish including nut bolts, washer and gasket for suitable size including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer testing complete all suction / delivery pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Header of size 300mm bore Mild Steel ERW pipe heavy duty 5m length with reducer for suitable size/ as site requirement, 2 Nos of flange heavy connecting Y Joint (Motor delivery to header) and header pipe connect with Supply line duty both side cutting/welding with smooth finish including nut bolts, washer and gasket for suitable size including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer testing complete all suction / delivery pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of reducer eccentric type 200 x 150 mm heavy duty, pressure rating 2A PN 16 bar, including nut bolts, washer and gaskete for suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15 CM thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth plate 25x4mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 50 mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50 mm thick with 10 mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5 mm dia with 50 mm x 30 mm mesh including plates etc for supporting MS line wire rod flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing post including dismantling of existing fencing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair earth pit chamber board 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 45 cm x 45cm x 45 cm fixed with 12 mm thick mild steel rod two nos up to 90 cm height by nuts/bolts including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint complete MS sheet both side including writing letters 6 cm height i.e. Earth Pit No, Location, Earthing test value and datecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work in joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed indepently without connecting plates etc for supporting of tanks/chain link fencing etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including necessary welding grouting fixed making good to surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
