Dismantling corrugated iron roof sheet and stacking of materials as directed by Engg-in-charge within a distance of 60 mtrs.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (Tata,Jindal,Hindalco or Bhushan make,size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in-charge) 0.70 mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, including the cost of J or L hooks 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size ( 5.5 * 55mm with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses& including cutting to size and shape wherever required and also including all safety equipments, including all scalfolding etc required.

Supply and fixing 22 B.W.G. Galvanized Iron Ridges valley and gutters for roofing fixed with J or U bolts 10mm. dia with G.I. Limpet & bitumen washers including supply of all Materials, labour,wastage and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

P/F fully Anodized aluminium for openable window with HINDALCO or equivalent extruded standard sections14gauge (2.41mm thick) of various cross sections and joints mitred and jointed as shown in drawing including providing & fixing 5.5 mm thick toughened glass with Neoprene beading & aluminium glazing clips all around. The minimum thickness of anodizing on all aluminium sections should be 20 microns with a (+) 2 microns tolerance. The rate should include the cost of fixing the aluminum frame on Teak wood frame or finished wall (RB/RCC/Masonry) surface by means of 80 mm long approved counter sunk screws provided at 500 mm c/c or part there of starting from 100 mm above the bottom in vertical member and 100 mm from both the ends of horizontal top and bottom member excluding cost of Teak frame but including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour,side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densifiedr Armstrong false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 x12 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Noncombustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as perBS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 SUB HEAD : 26- NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS 1632 mm reveal profile white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. 26.23.1 With 12 mm thick Armstrong Miniral Fobre Sound Absorbing Sheet.

Providing and fixing of 150 mm dia PVC pipe of 6 Kg/sqcm with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc including supply of all labour, material, T & P etc complete required for proper completion of work.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type work like cleaning of roof terrace works and sun shades and other non-measurable miscellaneous works by engaging labour for full day including all T&P etc. complete.

Handing of old GC Sheets as scrap material to contractor on the price of Rs 28 per kg (Buy back)
