Excavation in drain and Channels in earth work in all heights and depth in all kind of soil , including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil including , dewatering wherever required, setting out of required lines, grade , slide , slopes ,trimming bottom and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge at site , according to the H.P.P.W.D. specification of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful & unuseful materials for disposal off at approved dumping sites (to be arrange by the contractor including payment of prescribed dumping charges of Municipal Committee/Local body if levied any) to the satisfaction of Engineer –in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load animals load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kind of labour machineries , materials , tools equipment and safety measure and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required ) . All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site of work in proper stacks to the maximum possible extent in al all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used removed as per direction of Engineer –in- Charge. Any loss to the private property during the cause of execution and disposal f serviceable of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregate and slates shall be probably stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in al all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per direction of Engineer –in- Charge. The cost of useful stone shall be recovery of 226.34 (Two hundred twenty six point thirty four cubic meter and it shall be made @ Rs. 300/- ( three hundred ) per cubic meter on prorate basis on each running bill plus minus contractor premium. Any loss to the private property during the cause of execution and disposal f serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural road August 2004 (Two thousend four clause 305.1 ( THREE HUNDRED FIVE POINT ONE ) specrification latest edtion ) including sitting out , construction of shorting and bracing removal of stumps and other delerious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable materials all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be crried out by the taing all necessary precautions against soil erosions , damage to hill side , water pollutions etc. and to protact stbility of hill side rock shall be executed with chiselling wedging out rock , ( where llasting is prohibited ) All earth work in excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grade side slopes, width, camber super elevations and levels as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable cut materials in specified manner, trimming filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as Directed by Engineer in Charge if the foundation of the structure is an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation sue to spring seepage rain and other cases , it shall be removed by the suitable diversion , bailling out or the watering as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any Any loss to the private property during the cause of execution and disposal f serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases.
