Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surface by mechanical means and steel wire brushing to remove all loose particies, laitance and applying two or more coats of alkali resistant primer (as reqd) and doing efforescence treatment by applying two layers of high performance polymer modified cemertitious coating as per manufacturer's instructions and as approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas / parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing distempered and painted surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emuision (OBD) (light shade) by roller brush application completed all as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrlyic exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of wall putty and exterior grade primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismanting of brick tiles or terracing tiles single or double layer on roofs complete all as specifed. 1. If any lightening conductor found duing dismantling of roof tiles at site shall be carefully removed and refixed in the same position after laying of APP membrance as per direction by Engr-in-Charge. 2. No additional rate shall be paid for removal and refixing of lightening conductor to the contractor.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggreate, copings, Kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate over a coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg/ Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brush including finishing the top surface of PCC rough and even ton receive the bedding layer including neccesary form work as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm thick 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147)

Supply & Fix factory made, un-reinforced precast cement concrete tiles of area exe 0.06 but not exc 0.09 sqm each, 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigment of machine pressed, as on roof surface, confirming to IS 1237-1980, incl set, jointed and pointed with grey cement in 1:4 and no pigment slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattem), including all fittings, heads, shoes , bends, swan-necks etc. complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, using solvent as per manufacturer's instruction fixed to walls as specified and directed

Supply & Fix PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110 mm bore as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

50mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection including form work as applicable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic tiles (coloured tiles) in vertical surface 600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/ description such as distempering work old walls & ceiling with mechanical means/ dust free grinder including preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrlyic exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of wall putty and exterior grade primer complete all specified and directed

Material & Labour for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.
