RequiredThe bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India.

RequiredThe bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM or an authorized dealer of the OEM for supply of Equipment offered by them with supply experience of minimum 3 years to any of the Private Organization/ Government Department/Organization/Undertaking in the India.

RequiredThe Products offered by the bidder shall meet the specification as per Appendix I of the Bid Document.

RequiredTowards financial capability The bidder should have Average Annual turnover, as indicated at Section I - 1, schedule of requirement against each of the equipment being offered by them, during preceding 3 years 2 years in case of state based MSE Units 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. For MSE units the Average Annual turnover of 02 years should be 50 percent of the stipulated Annual turnover.

RequiredTowards past performance The bidder should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily the Equipment being offered them with the similar specification, functionality and complexity during any one financial year out of 3 years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 either in single or multiple orders within India, as a percentage of the tendered requirement Quantity towards each of the equipment for which they have submitted the bid

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
