Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 50 Hz, Dry Type, Cast resin distribution transformer of ratings 750 kVA(Bidirectional the same shall be used as step down and step up as per requirement), 11/0.433 kV , indoor type ,Natural Air Cooled (ANAN) , conforming IS: 11171/1985 IS: 2026 Part ( I TO IV), and IEC726/1982.The transformer shall be suitably design to work satisfactorily under the tropical conditions of SRINAGAR .The windings of the transformers shall be connected to Delta on the primary side and star (Y) on the secondary side. The neutral of the LT winding shall be brought out to a separate terminal. The vector group shall be Dyn-11.The transformer should be provided with winding tapped on HV side with Number of tap positions: 7 nos and. Voltage variations : (+) 5 percent to (-) 10 percent in steps of 2.5 % for variation of HV Voltage to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changing gear switch externally operated with mechanical locking and a position indicator, the winding temperature rise over an ambient temperature of 50°C shall not exceed 90°C when measured by resistance method. i.e. Max. Temperature of the winding shall not exceeds 140°C and losses of transformer as per ECBC norms, Arcing horns for HT bushings for indoor type transformer. The transformer shall be supplied with standard accessories and comprising of following specification as under:- (a)Core: The core shall be of high grade cold rolled grain oriented (C.R.G.O) annealed silicon steel lamination confirming IS: 1271/1958 secured properly using frames, clamps and bolts. (c )Enclosure: Enclosure shall be rectangular and shall be built of electrically welded MS sheet wire mesh or perforated sheet for ventilation and comply with IP 43 protection as per IS: 2147/IEC 529. (d)Lifting lugs -04 nos for vertical lifting and pulling lugs -04 nos for horizontal pulling .(e) Bidirectional mild steel rollers 150 mm. diameter and 75mm. width -04 nos .(f)H. V. & L. V. BUSHING : Porcelain/ Epoxy HV and LV Bushings of appropriate voltage and current ratings shall be mounted in HV and LV cable box. The high voltage bushings (3nos.) shall be provided with R-Y-B colour coding marking & shall conform to IS 3347.Brass rods of suitable. dia.-03 nos for HV Bushing terminal and Tinned copper rods of suitable dia 04 nos for LV Bushings terminals/extension for cable lug connections, with necessary nuts, check nuts and plain thick tinned washers.(g)Terminal marking plates and rating plates.: Terminals shall be provided with terminal marking plates. The transformer shall provide with riveted rating plate. The entries of the rating plate shall be indelibly marked (for example by etching, engraving or stamping).(h)Transformer should be provided with Platform mounting channel of suitable size (With holes suitable for axle of roller) -2 Nos.(j)Painting:- The surface of the enclosure shall be properly pre-treated /phosphated in a seven enclosure process and shall be applied with a powder coating of 40 microns thickness of suitable colour code as per directions.(k) Four earth terminals per transformer, each suitable for earth conductors of size 32 x 6 mm GI strip for earthing of the body and neutral of the transformers. Supply,installation,commissioning and testing high wall with cordless remote with inbuilt Heating and Cooling arrangement split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR type inverter split suitable for non CFC refrigirant gas incl material and labour for the following works involved for smooth functioning & installation of outdoor/indoor units for split type AC all as directed by Engr-in-charge Make- O-general/Hitachi/blue star or equivalent approved by AO (a) Fixing the heating & cooling unit with grounting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe and water drainage pipe complete. (b) S&F cutting, bent to shape copper pipe of appropriate size from outdoor unit to indoor unit by cutting holes to wall incl brazing the copper pipe, fixing union all as required at site. © S&F pvc pipe 20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for drainage pipe (approx-3.0 M). (d) Insulation of both the copper pipe with insulating material and covering the complete pipes with pvc casing & caping of size 75x75mm for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete.
(e) Charging of correct quantity non CFC refrigerant gas after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load up to saitisfaction of EIC. (f) S&F MS bracket factory made, fixed on wall through fastener of appropriate size and guage for installation of out door unit (condensing unit) complete all as direced. (g) M&L for provision of shed for outdoor unit made of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick and MS angle 40x40x5mm complete. Note - (i) All other connected civil works and other miscellaneous works required for installation of split AC & proper functioning including making good all damaged/altered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
