Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressig of sides, rammng of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and returning the soil as required in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed. with in a lead of 50 m. for pipe cables etc exceding 80 mm dia but not exceding 300 mm dia as per HSR 4.16.1.2

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths ISI marked HDPE pipe of PE-80 grade and PN- 4 as per IS 4984-2016 (amended up to date) in trenches in complete including cost of HDPE Specials, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications.Rate includes cost of all specials like bends, tees required during laying of pipe line along required alignment. Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & up to 150 metre depth below ground level. as per HSR 33.7.1.1 (300 mm dia)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, all kind of soil. As per HSR 4.12.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 with 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm size in foundation and plinth excluding centering and shuttering complete in all respect as per HSR 6.1.6

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement, 2 course sand Zone -III graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centering and shuttering, finishing & reinforcement up to plinth level complete as per HSR 6.14.2

Providing & fixing cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux (non return) valves PN-1.6 marked with IS:5312 including nuts & bolts marked with IS:1363, rubber sheet marked with IS:638 etc., carriage loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge HSR 20.11.6, 20.4.6 & 20.5.7 (19417+188+240 = 19845)

Providing & fixing cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux (non return) valves PN-1.6 marked with IS:5312 including nuts & bolts marked with IS:1363, rubber sheet marked with IS:638 etc., carriage loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge HSR 20.11.4, 20.4.4 & 20.5.5

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/depths Ductile Iron (DI) standard specials plain /flanged/ socketed confirming to IS9523-2000 with rubber ring (EPDM/SBR) joints such as tees, bends, tapers, caps etc. with in trenches in DI pipe line complete including all material, labour, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. HSR 20.68.2

Providing and fixing of 200 mm dia MS pipe as per EL 267
