Dismantling Fencing Wire Mesh of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Bricks laid dry or laid dry and pointed (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) of any description in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work/ Stone masonary built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Mild Steel Work, including doors, gates, but excluding framed truss, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Post Holes (or similar holes) in Soft/Loose Soil, each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, Foundation of Pole etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Fly Ash Bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Surface Channels and Drains, Manholes etc. including use and waste Formwork as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra forming Fair Finished to Drains or Channels 30Cm inner girth in Cement Concrete surfaces using Extra Cement including Forms Moulds Mitred/ Stopped Ends, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to or Deduct from Item No. 12 here-in-before for Every 25mm Girth or Part thereof Over or Under 30 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/Path etc., laid in alternate bays, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of (Gde-E-250) Fe-410-W, A-quality, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS work as in Post and Struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing Only Chain Link Fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, Straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Chain link fencing will be paid at Supply Only rates and Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Supply Only Chain Link Fencing 100x100mm Mesh with 4.0mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Weight of Chain link fencing to be acertained by BOO to be detailed by accepting officer prior to excution of work.

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 05mm to 10mm diameter of Neck and length of Bolt not exc. 5 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both Ends, each screwed End to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or square Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in-repair Galvanised 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia Barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of Standard Rails straining Bolts, includ-ing securing or tying at crossings with and provision of Galvanised Mild Steel Wire, Staples or Steel Pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in-repair Mild Steel round Bars 10mm dia as Tie Bars, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, hooking Ends as required for Chain Link Fencing strengthing and fixing with Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts,etc. in Fencing Post, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Fair faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling of average 50mm thick below the P.C.C. Paver Block, including watering, ramming and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. (Only the compacted thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying Floor Finishes/Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered Cement Concrete Coloured Tiles 300x300x25mm thick in Floors, etc., set, jointed and pointed in Neat Cement Slurry in Floors with Grey Cement and no Pigment, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bed will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade set jointed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
