Supply and fixing of Godrej make brass polished hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour,side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar inSuper Structure including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & three part of coarse sand (1:3), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand (1:6), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

S/mixing approved water proofing compound (CICO,DR FIXIT etc) in cement mortar in plaster or concrete work in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer.

Providing and laying of 8 mm thick vitrified floor tiles of approved brand (bell, Johnson or equi. make) in size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern as approved by Engineer incharge with adhesive of approved quality on existing smooth floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing previously painted old wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 1.08 above but for every coat after first coat.

One priming coat and one coat oil bound distemper on new work including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As in item 10 but for every coat after the first coat.

As in item 10 but for every coat on previously old oil bound distemper surface.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-14 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Spirit polish over previously polished wood surface after rubbing down the surface, with sand paper to give smooth and shining surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Renewing panes of 4.00 mm glass including supply of glass with putty and brads including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(a) glass of 4 mm thick.

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Removal of old and damaged sunfilm from the glass panes of door and window shutters,including removal of Glue completely and carefully by scraping or by any means including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .
