M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth complete.

M & L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surfaces in patches size n.exc 3 sqm , surfaces finished even and smooth all as specified and as directed.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30cm highi n synthetic anamel paint of 1st quality of specified make over a coat of primer including preparation of old or new surfaces etc complete all as directed by Enginee

M & L preparing of newly plastered surfaces of wall , pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of coloured acrylic water emulsion paint Apex over a coat of precoated treatement as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.

M&L in repairs for heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent Acrylic emulsion Top coat (glossy/matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturers instructions and applying on vertical surfaces of walls, columns, pipes soffits of beams and chajja etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary scaffolding including in quoted rate upto 15 mtr height.
