M&L for old size brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick wall plaster in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even & fair without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick wall plaster in cm (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including priming coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 29.00 above but for two coats cement base paint on wallls over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
