Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables, pipe line, pole etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All as per Srl item No 1 but exc. 1.5 m but n.exc. 3.0 m.

Plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 200mm bore including bedding and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested as per reference drg No TD/A/160 Sh No 1/5 to 5/5 dated 14.06.03 Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete article complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe ( Internal dia 150 mm) rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates finished smooth and reforming benching as required.

All as per Srl item No. 22 but internal dia of pipe 200mm. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type-B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Nominal mix in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish, waste materials from premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Nominal mix as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix factory made 50 mm thick Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) covers with frames (heavy duty HD-20 grade designation) conforming to IS 12592 in M-30 grade concrete manhole covers and reinforcement as prescribed along with lifting hooks and mild steel flat all around as per manufacturers and BIS marked all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips,

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips,

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid in alternate as in sub base of floors/pathway/hardstanding finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Precast factory made Chequered designer tiles (Rectified interlocking tiles) 300mm x300 mm glazed top made in white cement and pigment base of thickness not less than 19 mm in different colour and pattern (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqcm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry(colour and pattern as per sample kept in GE office as approved by GE) including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with glazed top made in white cement and pigment to match laid over and including 25 mm thick dry sand cushioning etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in louvers and jellies, 40 mm thick (measured solid) including all moldings set and jointed in CM 1:4 including taking down or dismantling of old u/s item found at site all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel works of flat iron, square bar, round bars etc. as in framed work such as grills, guard bars, gratings etc incl bending, cutting and welding as necessary of confirming to Gde Fe 310-0 all as specified.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width as in kerb stone and setting with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 343355.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
