S/mixing approved water proofing compound (CICO,DR FIXIT etc) in cement mortar in plaster or concrete work in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer

Painting or varnishing two coat previously painted old wood or iron work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 02 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra)

Same as above in Item No-5 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth, watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work add to the respective items in chap.11 (Plaster and Pointing)

Removal of old and damaged sunfilm from the glass panes of door and window shutters,including removal of Glue completely and carefully by scraping or by any means including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Providing and laying two coats of Pidifin 2K (Pidilite make) as per manufacturer’s Including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

S/F Of Glass Edge beading including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Exist old damage window Wooden farme and fixing new Wooden frame including flling gap Polish of farme etc including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work

Cleaning of sofa/chair including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.
