M&L for Intensive cleaning of swimming pool of Size 50X25 Metre with high pressure jet to remove stains, algae, and build-up in pools and Complete drain and refill. The work includes the following Services:- (a) Removal of sludge using sludge machine and disposal of same out of MD land (b) scrubbing of internal surfaces using industrial vacuum machine and applying of anti bacterial sterlization spray to walls, floors and ceilings (c)Tile and wall scrubbing to remove stains, calcium deposits, and algae. (d) Pressure cleaning for heavy dirt and tough stains. (e) Detailed filter and pump cleaning. (f) Full chemical treatment for deep sanitization. (g) Advanced stain remover if necessary (h) The Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include provision stickering of date of cleaning on the existing board letter / figures ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) in White or Black colour and size as per existing font. (Date of Cleaned in formate of (DD/MM/YY)

Material and labour for opening the pressure filter vessel located in swimming pool of dia 1800MM dia 125 M3/Hrs and height 2.6 meter with all accessories of capacity ( 4 MT) for the following works:- (a) Opening the man hole cover and taking out entire filter media ie, existing stone aggregate , sand, quartz , sludge, algae etc (b) Cleaning of entire surfaces of sides , top and bottom of vessel by applying hydrochloric acid of 1000 Ltrs and thorough rinsing and make the vessel fit for re-filling the filter media. (c) Applying one coat of approved anti corrosive paint to entire internal surfaces of pressure filter including preparation of surfaces. (d) Re-fill the filter media with approved material of stone aggregate, river sand and white quartz in layers and properly packed upto existing level. All the material shall be rinsed thoroughly by using hydochloric solution and maintain the PH value at the range of 3 to 5. (e) Applying two coat of synthetic ename paint to external surface of pressure filter vessel preparation of surface etc and all as directed.

Note for Item No.6 :- (i)The chemicals required for two months has to be procured and deposit to the department by the Contractor within ten days of Acceptance of tender and thereafter on completion of every month, material required for another one month has to be procured and deposit to department. (ii) These chemicals will be supplied by the deptt as per requirement and shall be used in accordance with the directions of Enginner in Charge. (iii) Contractor shall provide pool maintenance equipement as mentioned above to his workmen deployed on the job as per specification. (iv)Cleaning shall be carried out all as directed.

Supply only rubber / PVC hand gloves to handle chlorine / liquid complete complete all as specified and directed

Repairing and maint of RO purifier cap 15 Ltrs/Hr complete for every months periodical servicing, checking , replacing the parts filters, motor,chowks, month checking of any defects and rectifying the RO purification of water filtering machine and also replacing filter complete all as specified.

Repairing and maint of RO purifier cap 80 Ltrs/Hr complete for every months periodical servicing, checking , replacing the parts filters, motor,chowks, month checking of any defects and rectifying the RO purification of water filtering machine and also replacing filter complete all as specified.

S&F inrepairs butterfly valves, conforming to IS 13095 of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting unwanted vegetation growth/grass by manual labour or by machine at all E&M water supply Installation premishes and along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work where decided not exceeding 100m from the starting point, the green growth shall be cleaned once in every three month and the measurement shall be taken every time independently for the excuted qty each time complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chlorine Test kit with coloured samples contents with all testing fitment and OT Solution in rexine finish box all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PH and chlorine Test kit for estimation of residual free chlorine in water comprises of plastic box,two tube,droper and colour filter for colour estimation all as specified and directed

Repair & servicing of dosing pump of capacity upto 5 ltr/ hours by opening the pump and checking all the spares parts minor defective parts if required and re-assembling and testing complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- (i) Cost of new minor spare parts included in the quoted rate. (ii) Major spare parts like pulser assembly, injecting check valve, spacers, PVC Tubing if required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items in this Schedule.Repair & servicing of dosing pump of capacity upto 5 ltr/ hours by opening the pump and checking all the spares parts minor defective parts if required and re-assembling and testing complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- (i) Cost of new minor spare parts included in the quoted rate. M&L for cleaning of Preparation tank (Model Aquafit VST 1005/ Aqua 1005) along with dosing pump service tank by removing all PVC connection and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks , chlorine collection cup, filter, stroke pipes and reconnecting all the pvc connections as original for complete functionality all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Unplasticised PVC pipes of size 20mm of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.,all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 2000Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down steel tubing of the following sizes and disconnections of fitting, joints from tubing where required complete and Supply and laying of in repair GI tubing of following sizes in walls/ceilings or laid in floors of medium grade ISI marked including all types of fittings such as bends,elbows,tees,short pieces,connectors,backnuts,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs and unions etc and accessories complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement Gun metal gate valve/globe valve of following sizes ISI marked with Iron wheel head screwed both end for GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves of 40mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed along with all necessary fittings like nipple, socket,etc all as specified and directed.
