Internal External Housekeeping and Conservancy services at AIIMS Residential Complex

1. Daily sweeping of common floor areas (6000 sqm approx) such as corridors, stairs, vacant Quarters, Lift Machine rooms , Mess , terrace all complete etc. 2. Disposal of of collected wate from the commons areas to be collected in dustbins and furthur disposal of wate in segregated manner in nthe bigger dustbins placed near each building in the campus. 3. Weekly cleaningf of walls and glazing, removing of cobwebs etc

1. Daily Moping of common floor areas such as corridors, stairs, vacant Quarters, Lift Machine rooms , Mess , terrace including all complete using mops, buckets chemical etc. 2. Weekly washing of the common floor areas and porches outside each building including draining of the spilled water in the process all complete. 3. Disposal of waste water from from common areas to the drainage near the build.

1. Daily sweeping of leaves, and waste from roads (of approx length of 1200 metre), footpaths, parkings, and keepinp the area clean at all times in the entire campus of AIIMS Residential Complex. 2.Weekly desilting of all entire length of surface drains (of lenghth approx 1400 metre) by manual and meachical means such as jetting etc all complete.

Cleaning of chocked manhole and adjoining sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Cleaning and desilting/decloking of gully trap chamber/ or EWC/ Orrisa pan/ washbasins/ sinks and similar, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sprinkling and Jetting of all trees of height more than 7 feet in the entire campus with water pressure by employing 5000 litre water tank and pump of pumping capacity of 4000 litre/hour all complete.

Disposal of branches and leaves/wild vegetation / weedings/ building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials of all types by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
