Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:2 :4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foun- dation floors., SOR, Ch-6, Sl no-305(b)

First class bricks work in 1:4 in cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR, Ch-6, Sl no-305 (b)

R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm {3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 2.5 cm thick damp proof course of cement concrete consisting of one part cement 1.5 parts approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13 mm (1.5") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers. as per SOR, Ch-7, Sl. No-361

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring of approved make by E/l flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing of joints complete. (Size 60x60 cm)

Providing and laying ceramic tiles dado of approved make over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing of joints complete. (Size 30x60 cm)

Providing & fixing of powder coated (anodized) Aluminum Doors & Windows (in Approved Shde), with float glass & required hardware as per the given drawing

Wall painting (3 coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including toughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease loose places and prepared smooth (PWD-18.58+2 times rates of 18.59)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR-13.80

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing complete. As per DSR clause no 2.27

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying. (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg./sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlapsof joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg./sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be alowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fouth and final layer of 20 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement and coarse sand mised with water proofing compound finished with neat cement
