Material & labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) in two layers each 75 mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone of size 100 mm to 50 mm, inter stices filled, surface formed and spread,rolled and cosolidate to require gradient using 8-10 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour of water bound macadam, 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each layer 75 mm thick compacted separately with broken stone aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) (Granite, Trap or Basalt) spread rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Each layer shall be rolled separately. Measurement shall be recorded for compacted thickness of 150mm.

Material and labour for repair to potholes exe 30 mm depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. and cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of bitumineous primer VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder VG-30@ 9.8 Kg / 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed and consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified & directed (Mixing of premix will be done in hot mix plant laying by mechanical paver)

Material & labour of repair to potholes of not exc 1.00 Sqm each & depth of pot holes not exc 30 mm including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. and cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in 25mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous carpet with 0.34 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder using paving bitumen (grade VG-30) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cu m of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for 25mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous carpet with 0.34 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), laid & spread using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to the requirred camber and gradient with tandem vibratory roller of adequate capacity complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cakes mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaced with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10.00 kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer [email protected] kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidate thickness with 5.50% binder(Paving bitumen of VG-30 Grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed. Note: - (a) Bituminous Premix Asphaltic Semi Dence concrete will be spread through Mechanical paver Machine only. (b)No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more that specified quantity. (c) The contractor is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the design mix specified above before quoting. if considered necessary, they may get the design mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the design mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of contract and have to be done as specified above.

All as per item no 18 here in before but Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 25 mm consolidate thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bitumen macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 4% minimum binder content by weight of total mix,laid/rolled and compacted to requiired gradient and camber, (Consolidate thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity.

Material and labour for Bituminous premixed carpet 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) consisting of 0.41 Cm / 10 Sqm of stone chipings mixed with 21.90 Kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30) at mini Hot Mix Plant and spread, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick (consolidated thickness) premixed bituminous carpet with 0.34 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), laid & spread using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to the requirred camber and gradient with tandem vibratory roller of adequate capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Delineator with ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA with anti theft steel net, mounted on 50mm dia MS pipe, duly powder coated, of height 775mm with four numbers of high intensity reflective bands of width 30mm (white, yellow and red in colour), MS pipe embedded in the ground with cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) size of PCC block (100mm X 100mm X 150mm) and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparing bitumonus surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2.5 mm thick painting to road surface as in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, zebra cross etc on roads.
