Estimate for laying underground RCC Pipeline for the Water Course of Outlet RD 42500/TL of Kishanpura Distributary (Labour Component)

Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation, , including the cost of , diversion for traffic, , crossing over trenches for access to the houses, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

First class brick masonary laid in cement sand mortar 1.6 in foundation and plinth including supply recarriage of bricks cement .

10mm thick cement plaster on sides walls

10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on Floors and Top.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 hand mixed but including steel reinforcement

Cement Conc.1:2:4 including supply, carriage & with stone ballast or shingle

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge mixing by manual means

Lowering, jointimg and cutting precast concrete NP-2 plain end pipes and collar with reinforcement, in trenches to correct gradient and alighnment, cutting of reinforcement cement concrete plain end pipes. Stringing in trenches, joining end and fixing collar with cement mortor 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out same to correct alignment, gradients,levels etc. complete in all repects. RCC Pipe NP-2 300 mm i/d pipe

Lowering, jointing and cutting precast concrete NP-2 plain end pipes and collar with reinforcement, in trenches to correct gradient and alighnment, cutting of reinforcement cement concrete plain end pipes. Stringing in trenches, joining end and fixing collar with cement mortor 1:2 as per IS 458:2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out same to correct alignment, gradients,levels etc. complete in all repects. RCC Pipe NP-2 150 mm i/d pipe

Wrought Iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. complete fixed in position in D-tank.(CSR 2020 Item No.18.4)

Providing orange colour safety footrest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS:10910 on 12mm dia steel bar confirming to IS: 1786 having minimun cross section as 23mm x 25mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112mm space between protruted legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specification and having manufacturer's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 230x150x75cm cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggragate) complete as per design

Providing and fixing of Alfa Valve fitted on riser pipe to act as Nakka (D regulators)

Centreing & shuttering for Concerte faces

Providing & Fixing of Steel Shutter Gate Assembly in Main Pipeline complete in all respect

Dismantling of Brick work in Cement
