S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note : SS butt hinges and necessory SS screws shall be paid separately

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on Serial Page No 151 & 180 of SSR Part II (pertaining to item No 08095) and edges to be painted to match with prelam sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on Serial Page No 149 of SSR Part II (pertaining to item No 08080)complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitredand jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Glass panes will measured & paid separately . (ii) Rubber beading will not be weighed.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge.

S&F glazed ceramic Coloured tiles over vertical surface of wall, 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick (or nearest size), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick as in levelling course cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) using WPC 3% by weight Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

S&F in repairs wash basins, vitreous china(flat back or angle back type) size 550 X 400mm, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of supply and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs brass chromium plated 125mm Swivel shower of any colour for fixing with 15mm pipe. (Minimum weight 40gms)

S&F in repairs, conceal stop valve fancy type cast copper alloy, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface preparation of existing concrete components including grinding/rubbing carefully by grinder without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by blower, removal of external plaster wherever exists. Cost inclusive of transportation, labour conveying debris away from the Defence land, tools and tacklers, lead and lift and clean water thoroughly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and applying rust cleaner (Re-backler solution) to exposed corroded reinforcement @ 0.20 Litre/Sq or approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying average 30 mm thick polymer modified mortar over identified RCC members in one layer in proportion 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make, cement and filler material of approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time, including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm) wherever required, bonding slurry etc., complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / concrete surface etc on internal / external surface of wall / ceiling surface incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and deposited the debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials Pvt Ltd/Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products Pvt Ltd/Readiplast of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Sound last PMC-1 of M/s Sound build care Pvt Ltd/or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:3 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering in ceiling, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over concrete surfaces and finishing with sagol finish not less than 1mm thick, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 1.5mm thick wall care putty on ceiling

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specied and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of paint on wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion plastered and other surface on wall complete all as specied and as directed
