Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of commercial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase 440 volt 50 Hz made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coats of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS-CRCA 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, aluminium alloy fans and three phase electric motor, nozzels etc. complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5 M/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening of size 7' feet x 4' feet (84" x 48") complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (i) The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, suitable rating CTs, internal connection shall be made by aluminium strip in suitable rating, making incoming and outgoing connection using gland in suitable size including grouting LT panel on floor (45 cm above the ground surface) in floor with angle iron 40x40 x6 mm embeded to fix the LT panel with nuts, bolts, floor PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 MM grade stone aggregate. Supply, laying in trench/ fixing or clamping on surface of wall / beam/ roof etc. connecting thimbling to XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric power cable (E) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm x 3 1/2 core, including taking out old unservicealbe XLPE UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate of size 600 x600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm, connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth strip protected by using 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe earth plate to top edge and watering GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade 2.5 mtr long with funnel wire mesh etc. necessary earth/brick and PCC work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50mtr, chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, cover of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate, reinforced with 8mm MS bar at 80 mm C/C both way, funnel wire mesh and testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part-1 2009 complete all as specifed and as directed

Supply & laying in trenches, buried in ground, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead GI Strip 25 X 4mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specifed and as directed.

Note: The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 71 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Schedule 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
