Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in benching, roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roof slabs or terracing , cleaning out & filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces finished even and fair, including cleaning the roof top by water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all all protrusion to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expiation contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in V groove filled with repairs mortar/ microconcrate / general purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacture. Making of Gollas at all the corners with polymer modified mortar (1:4) cement sand with 3.5% acylic of cement weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

supply and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold appliId of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin; harder) application with 100% water dilution and Pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 kg per Sqm incl fiber mesh Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator ”, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor will submit the proof of documents of auth/ approved of applicator to GE/Engr-in-Charge.
