Material and labour in repair for triple pole, mechanically gang operated air break switch 11KV mounted on 12 nos. insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps with drop out fuse (set of three) complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing / calibration / trouble shooting / repairing / adjustment of over current relay, earth fault relay, Spring, spring charge mechanism, close coil, trip coil, including connected accessories cleaning of all contacts with CTC, of the 11KV HT VCB panel of 630A, 50 Hz by qulified technical personel to make functional in all respects including identifying the deffective parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing following spares in repairs suitable for 11KV HT VCB of maximum short circuit current rating 25/26.3 KA 630A/400A after taking down the old spares all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized copper earth plate electrode 60X60X3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 20X3mm copper strip as earth lead (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing transformer from mounting platform/structure after disconnecting HT/LT side cable connections, draining out transformer oil for repair/periodical maint of transformer of following capacity all as specified and directed.

Periodical maint of transformer such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to remove dust/sludge on core and coil, including cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge deposit, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/unserviceable HT and LT ceramic bushing , broken arc horn surge arrester, replacement of silica gel for transformer of following capacity all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall be deemed included in the rate quoted. (ii) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side and arc horn surge arrester for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item

Re-fixing of transformer core and windings by means of Crane/Chain Pulley without any damage to core/windings including re-filling/ topping up dehydrated new transformer oil after carrying out the maintenance/repair and making internal connection on LT/HT side and re-fixing of top lid cover, installing on mounting platform, making connections with HT/LT feeder and testing on load for transformer of following capacity all as specified and directed. Note: New transformer oil for topping up shall be measured and paid under relevant item. The dielectric strength of the same shall be tested by contractor before filling in transformer.

Supply, laying & testing in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed grade, 3 core of cross sectional area 95 sq. mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm after cutting out the faulty joint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pin type, grey polymer insulator in repair including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying for electrical rubber mat 1m X 2m (2.0mm thick) suitable for 3.3 KV grade made of highly electrical resistant elastomer as per IS 15652: 2006 complete all as specified and directed.
