Providing, carving and installation of Pink Pink Dholpur stone from Bansi Pahadpur mines of Bayana region in Bharatpur district, (Rajasthan), as per the approved planning, schematic drawings and design, keeping in view the vision as envisaged by Le Corbusier. The execution of the carving of stones shall be as envisaged in the 3D drawing for the work which shall be made available to the prospective bidders. The carving of stones can be carried out at project site in Chandigarh or site near the project site as detailed in the tender document. The carved stones shall placed at the project site in Capitol Complex with the help of cranes so as to place them as per schematic planning of the work. The sample of the all the carving works, shall be got approved from the committee formed by the Chandigarh Administration. The agency will have to modify the changes in the art work as per the directions of the committee. The decision of the committee in this regard will be final and the agency is bound to abide by the advice / directions of the committee. The expert artisans to be hired for the work shall be got approved from the authority and in case the authority feels that the artisans engaged for the carving work are not competent or their performance is not upto the required standards than the agency is bound to replace the artisans. The decision of the authority in the engagement of expert artisans shall be final. The work shall be executed as per the detail term and conditions provided in the tender document, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
