Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 metre lead:

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 100A in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand )

Cement plaster in course sand 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centring and shuttering-all work upto plinth level.

12 mm cement plaster 1:3( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement

Reinforced cement conrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15, landings,balconiec, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excludingthe cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforement with 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm MS gusset plates at the junction and corners.all necessary fittings completejncluding applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097,including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths,as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supply installation and commissioning of suitable capacity and type of submersibble 1 HP water Pump set of Crompton/equivalent with starter and 30mm electric wire.

Earth work in excavation over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well es 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth , lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m; disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Supplying and Filling in plinth with local sand and under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing designation 100 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes, royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l,

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work puto plinth level
