S&F in repair Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw (Heavy duty) with in built washers and neoprene & EDPM washers, in roofs, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet .50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridges ,Eaves,hips,valley gutter,drip or straight fastening etc fixed with self tapping(Heavy duty)with in built washers and neoprene &EDPM washers screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of wall and ceiling boards ( Fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling in repair of designer tile ivory painted (high pressure steam cured ) of 4mm thick (as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level. Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gms both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs)consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaecd between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.Main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thk for laying floor finishes of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300 x 200 x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match existing surface including 15 mm thk backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thk granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillars,window cills , cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incuding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thk screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium sliding windows two track with two sliding shutters with extrusions aluminium of following sections including jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubbr packaging, snap beading and other necessary builders hardware as required complete all as specified and directed. (A) FRAME:- (i) Top and side member for two track frame of size 61.85 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.784 kg/ mtr), Model No. 20829 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (ii) Bottom rail of frame for sliding of size 61.85 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.909 kg/ mtr), Model No. 20830 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (B) SHUTTER:- (i) Top and bottom rail of sliding shutter of size 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.547 Kg/ mtr), Model No. 20736 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (ii) Side of sliding shutter with handle and self locking arrangement, section of size 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.547kg/ mtr), Model No. 20738 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS.
