Chipping and roughing the existing concrete surface cleaning and plastering of damaged ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 including cost of all materials, lead, lifts,etc. complete.

Plain Cement Concrete in CC 1:3:6, using 6 - 10 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour charges including consolidation curing, all lead, lifts, etc., as per standard specification etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5, using class II chamber burnt bricks of size 230x110x70mm including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, including cost of shuttering all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.)

Providing steel rinforcement MS/RTS rod for reinforced concrete works, inculding cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire ,labour chareges for cutting ,straighting bending as per type design ,drawing ,placing ,aligning and typing properly with all leads and lift as per type specification ,etc.., complete.

Supplying and laying of Cuddapah Slab 50mm Thick laid in CM 1:2, 12mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface, including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.

Suppling and laying of vetrified tiles of 600 x 600 x 8 mm of approved quality and colour with ISI mark, laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/sqm including finishing the joint, and pointing flush with tile surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lifts, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick in for all round the building walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, Labour charges, curing, Lead, Lift, T&P etc., complete.

Colour washing one coats with oil bound distember over existing colour washing including scrapping ,cost of materials , lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Providing UPVC (Un- Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement door fabricated from Un- Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) sections profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60 mmx 55 mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4 mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints nitred and fusion welded. windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24x 25 mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1 mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102 mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74 mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing : The window system should be glazed with 5 mm plain float glass /6 mm bison lam. Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and drivingMS electroplated screws into plug.

UPVC window Providing supply and fixing UPVC (Un- Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60 mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered section with wall thick of 2 mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown clour glass 4 mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging stroms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy losss. The connecting mechanisum between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Engineer before use on work.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality colour Satin / Matt finish enamel paint over a coat of primer of red oxide including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including cost of all materials, scaffolding arrangement, lead, lift, labour charges etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 2.5 sq.mm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge PVC Rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with painting of suitable color with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC fuse wire for open PVC light point/Fan point (with Electronic Regulator).

Wiring with 2 x 4 sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150x100x113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 15 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of concealed portion with suitable color for concealed PVC plug point including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, labour, lead etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of LED INDOOR FITTINGS (LIGHT EMITTING DIODE) 18W LED 3000K Square Type Recessed Fitting ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, labour, lead etc, complete.
