Earthwork excavation for post holes n.exc 0.5 Cum including getting out the excavated soil then returning the soil as required incl disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm gd aggregate as foundation concrete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1 ½:3 type A1 using 20mm gd aggregate as in column.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1 ½ 3 type A1 using 20mm gd aggregate as in plinth beam.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for RCC Column.

Steel reinforcement using deformed bars for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers tec, complete

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets 0.50mm. The sheet shall be fixed using shelf drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, Complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purling, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc sawn and fixed in position using second class hardwood.

Providing and fixing plain Multipurpose Cement board with suitable screws for fibre cement board in ceiling etc, complete.

52mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under laver 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and top layer 12mm think hardner consisting of mix 1:2 using stone aggregate 6mm nominal size by volume. This includes cost of cement slurry, 100mm thick hardcore but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete.

Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper to give an even shade.
