M&L 75mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pathways /hardstanding laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pathways /hardstanding laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with nituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rubber moulded concrete colour tiles with grey cement pigment of size 300mm x 300mm x 22-25mm thick laid over with and including 20mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over sand cushing complete all specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 9.00 & 10.00 herein before but except tiles (old retrived serviceable paver blocks to be reused).

Supply and laying sand including spreading, levelling and ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in each layer complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of kerb stone, new un-treated concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning and preparing the road surface and marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS-3262, laid through road marking machine in 2.5 mm thick layer of CRYSTALEX using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm for reflectivity for lines, dashes, arrows, zebra marking etc all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian Paints/Shalimar paints/Berger as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Solar cat eyes (solar studs) made of aluminium dicasted body, 100% waterproof both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel (2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela), view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardner etc as per manufacturer's instructions at the location complete all as directed. Make: 3M/7M/'DHRUV' of Dark Eye or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair ABS body Twin moulded shank Cat eye of size 90mm x 110mm x 17mm with both side white /red /yellow colour reflector, fixed with epoxy on road surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 290 Series of 3M or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair Solar delinator 1200mm long flashing rate 30 times per minute Electronically operated with Solar cell, Battery NI-CD 1.2 V bottom frame aluminum, reflective frame Polycarbonate. Grouted in PCC Block of 30cm x 30cm x 30cm of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and including necessary excavation, earth work and removal of soil, complete as per manufacturers instructions & as directed. Make : 3M/ 7M/ DHRUV Dark Eye as approved by GE.

S&F pipe delineator made of 16 gauge MS Pipe of outer dia 85mm and 900mm long duly powder coated having three reflective bands of different colours as required as White / Red / Green / Yellow etc, with and including taking out old delinator of any description and including necessary excavation, earth work and removal of soil and embedding the delinator with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete as per manufacturers instructions & directed. Make :- Sinor or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Speed breaker DA-1010 425 x 50 x 500 designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load on it. The body shall be made of ABS material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus to maintains its reflectivity for a longtime fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardner etc as per manufacturer's instructions at the location complete all as directed. S&F retro reflective sign board made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting pasted on both sides of 3mm thick ACP sheet with letters/grphics to be overlayed high intensity retro reflective sheeting of Make 3M/Avery densioin as approved by I.R.C./MORTH duty plotted cut of approved colour fixed with SS frame work complete all as specified and directed. Note : SS Frame work will be measured as paid seperately.

S&F in repair triangular cautionary/warning sign boards of size 60cm equilateral triangle made out of 2mm thick alco bond sheeting conforming to IS-736 provided with cautionary/ warning sign/littering etc.made out of high intensity retro-reflective sheet pasted firmly without appearence/ sign of bubbles over a base layer of retro-reflective sheet hoisted on and including angle iron post made of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 3 metre long painted in black and white 20cm wide alternative strips with and including one defination plate of size 600mm x 200mm duly pasted with matter and post embedded in PCC (1:2:4) block of size 40 x 40 x 60cm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all aspecified and directed.

S&F in repair round mandatory sign board of 600mm dia made of 3mm thick alcobond sheet as per IRC standard, Round Red colour high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting is fixed on the border 75 mm wide and white retro reflective sheeting fixed in the centre of board, the logos are of black colour printed & fixed after etching treatment with suitable adhesive. Sign board shall be fixed on 45cm equilateral triangle made out of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm fixed with nuts, bolts and rivets, Sign board shall be fixed on one vertical post of 50mm x 50mm sq pipe, 3m long painted in black and white alternative band 25 cm size. One definition plate of size 600mm x 200mm made of 3mm thick alco bond sheet, high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting is fixed on the defination plate and matter as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be fixed on board with suitable adhesive complete all as specified and directed.
