Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition ) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour reinforced cement concerete1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, shelves and like complete all as specified & directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work; flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as in chajjas, flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm and above cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving exc.15 cm thickness above ground level and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises. Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Supply and laying Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick, (Square/rectangular ) dark/printed in vertical surface area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.15 above but in skirting and over 10mm cement backing in CM 1:4.

Supply and laying chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 30mmx30mmx22mm thick made by table vibratory method set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement & pigment tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, landings, window cills cooking plate form and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble duet with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6, and including rounding of edges of granite slabs 10 to 20 mm thick by grinding and rubbing and finished smooth, coloured as approved by GE all as specified and directed. Note: Front facia edges of granite slabs shall be rounding and finished smooth. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

All as per Item no.19.00 above but as on vertical surfaces and over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L Fine sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for Interlocking paver block and similar works etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and no pigment, M-35 Grade of approved colour and design including taking down old one , complete all as specified and directed

All as per description of item No. 22 above but 80 mm thick interlocking paver block.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class -B bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial Item no. 26.00 above but as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering on other than faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in repairs precast cement concrete post, ornamental moulded, 75mm x 75mm in section, total length of each post exceeding 45cm but not exceeding 60cm, type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, with groves on two opposite sides for holding jalli 40mm thick, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, posts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including special shaped washer etc. complete and including all necessary drilling or cutting holes in brick/ concrete surfaces and making good, welding work, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete and all as specified

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge / thickness incl Nainital pattern or similar pattern roof covering in patches complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering in patches with two corrugation side lap, L or J type hooks and washer or fixed with self thread making steel screws with suitable arrangement as required, as in roof, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 0.63mm thick galvanised, with grade of zinc coating 275 plain mild steel sheeting as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape as required and directed at site fixed with L or J type hooks an washer or fixed with self thread making steel screws with suitable arrangement as required, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs ceiling board of snow frost vinyl face, washable metallized polyster foil backing, vinyl covered edges, suspended ceiling on suspension system. Panels shall be of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm, having 7 kg/Sqm including restraining of supporting hangers and necessary notching and prepared to holes for resecring of GI frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of de-railed sliding steel gate, over all size 24.80m x 8.40m having 06 leafs of size 4.10 m x 8.2 m each, for smooth functioning of gate by welding where required, dismantling, staightning and refixing in position damaged steel members, cutting and levelling bottom unlevelled PCC stucking to steel members to steel rollers tightening / replacing of worn out nuts & bolts, welding and re adjusting / replacing top / bottom steel rollers, greasing to all movable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) T&P required for taking down the door for repair and re-fixing the same shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the unit rate quoted shall include the cost thereof. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained. (ii) Replacement of defective steel members, items shall be measured and paid as 'Supply only' against respective item of this schedule.

Repairing of rolling shutter, push type, size n.exc 6sqm each for smooth functioning by re-posting of laths, riveting to old defective rivets, tightning nuts and bolts, re-stretching of spring, greasing to movable parts and at guide channel including taking out and re-fixing rolling shutter in position complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) T&P required for taking down the door for repair and re-fixing the same shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the unit rate quoted shall include the cost thereof. No clam whatsoever on this account shall be entertained. (ii) Replacement of defective steel members, items shall be measured and paid as 'Supply only' against respective item of this schedule.

Note:- (i) Mix of sand and saw dust before sieving shall be brought down and stacked properly. Stack shall be measured and recorded for payment purpose. (ii) Supply and mixing of sand and saw dust shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Mixing only coarse sand and saw dust manually in proportions as directed by GE and filling where directed upto a height of 15 metre from GL complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand and saw dust shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only coarse sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement shall be taken from the stacked material and 10% shall be deducted on account of voids.

Supplying & fixing solid PVC door frames of sizes 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all specified and as directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam colour PVC sheets for top rail , lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail , both side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet. Stile and rail feathered at edges panelling of prelam solid sheets 10 mm thick to be fitted in the MS frame welded, sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading , and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified in SSR Part -II.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction,with particle board core and plywood face panels,commercial type on both sides include for the provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches, or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cupboard shutter in required size at site made out of 18 mm thk PVC colour sheet and provision of shutters one side decorative pre laminated PVC sheet and all required brackets SS screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thk edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engr-in-charge.

S & F factory made Glazed & Skeleton shutters 35mm thick open rebated & prepare to received glass, gauge etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded in window, ventilator etc are provided with stiles and rails in 2nd class hard wood all as specified in SSR part-I, section 8 clause 8.20(b) and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood, Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), in with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), of 12 mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneering on both faces; supplied and fitted to chowkats and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made box type steel window 1.25mm thick ERW hollow P section of each frame size 60mmx25mm including grill using 10 sqmm bar double rebated both guage and glass shutter comprised gaused glazed & Skelton shutter ERW section 50mmx20mm & 1mm thick with two openable leaf consisting of two number sash bars of T-Section 20mmx3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-Section of size 60mmx25mm and 1.25mm thick with following fittings welded to the frame shutter :- i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm made to shape- 04 Nos per window. ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt 150mm long 2 No per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 Nos per leaf. v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 Nos per leaf
