ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL/SMALL STEEL (Applicable to items Nos 03 to 11): (Drg No. FD-1031, FD-1032 & FD-67) Removing the existing unserviceable lock and supply and fix new lock of appropriate size, 6 levers with duplicate keys chromium plated or equivalent as suitable in almirah large/ medium steel complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. Make: Link/Harrison Notes : (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for provision/repairs to back plate, cover to key hole, back side cover, locking device etc. (ii) Removing the existing steel chromium plated handle and supply and fix new handles shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on all external and internal surfaces of almirah large steel of Size 920 x 485 x 1985mm including fixing new 3mm hard rubber pad in the bottom of legs etc complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes of appropriate size suitable to Teapoy verandah complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

TABLE WITHOUT DRAWER FOR HAVs & ORs STEEL 900 X 600 X 760MM (Applicable to items Nos 14 to 16): (Drg No. FD-1007) Removing the existing unserviceable top and supply and fix new top of particle board commercial 18 mm thick exterior grade pasted with 1.5 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed on top complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged/broken legs for lockers steel and supply & fix new legs and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the locker and providing rubber pad 3mm thick for legs complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged hanging rod and supply and fix new hanging rod 20 mm dia steel chromium plated conduit pipe and two sockets shall be provided at the end of hanging rod complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged handle and supply and fix new chromium plated handle 100 mm long to locker steel fixed to shutters complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged Hasp and staple and supply and fix new cromium plated hasp & staple 75 mm long to locker steel complete as shown on drg and all as specified and directed.
