REPAIR/ MAINT TO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM OF AIR FORCE STATION

M&L for comprehensive systematic maintenance and annual inspection service of fire alarm system to provide routine maintenance, examination, service according to recommended schedule of maint/ service by the manufacturer in working hrs (ie Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 Hrs) except scheduled holidays to furnish the necessary parts and cleaning material including the replacment of any defective parts of minor nature and ensure overall serviceability of the fire alarm system including repair/ maint of the following parts of the system in addition to attend for annual government inspection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement smoke detector and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening and servicing of Panel 8 Zone including repair/ replacement and updation of electronic components complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Electronic components/battery and all other electric fitments are deemed to be inclduded in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of MCP and Hooter wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Wiring of the hooter and electrical components with of existing size/type including smoke detectors, PVC pipe & other electrical components complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Visiting and labour charges once in three months inspecting all the somke detectors, MCP, Hooters including general maintenance like fitting/ tightening of connections and clearing all issues if any for uninterrupted working of the fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : The Contractor shall replace of spares /components free of cost related to the normal wear and tear and other minor electrical/ electronic or mechnical parts as reqd at the time of inspection for smooth functioning of system all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Repair/ maint of fire hydrant system installed at crash bay and IL Tech flight at Tech area, 12 Wing, AF STn Chandigarh under GE (AF Chandigarh). The Job work include the under mentioned works:-

Dismantling of pump 75 HP Cap.

Dismantling of motor pump attached with Gen set.

Dismantling of pump 15 HP Cap.

S&F in replacement Gaskit for 75 HP Cap.

S&F in replacement Gaskit for 55 HP Pump.

S&F in replacement Gaskit for 15 HP Pump.

S&F in replacement Carbon seal 75 HP

S&F in replacement Carbon seal 55 HP

S&F in replacement O Ring for pump 10"

S&F in replacement Carbon seal for 15 HP pump

S&F in replacement Pump stud

Draining out water and cleaning of sump with required chemical and iron brushes etc of size 20000 Gallon capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of 150 mm dia pipe including cutting taking out necessary welding and re-fitting after re positioning / repairing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of pump 75 HP after necessary repairs, to its original place including necessary connection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of pump 55 HP after necessary repairs, to its original place including necessary connection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of pump 15 HP after necessary repairs, to its original place including necessary connection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS flange for 150 mm dia pipe

S&F in replacement MS flange for 100 mm dia pipe

S&F in replacement NRV Float valve, 150 mm

S&F in replacement NRV Float valve, 100 mm

S&F in replacement Nut bolt etc

S&F in replacement 6" Gasket for 150 mm pipe line

S&F in replacement 4" Gasket for 100mm pipe line

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of steel surfaces of steel pipe over 10cm in width/girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing of pump for water lifting and pumping after all necessary repairs to the entire satisfactory of Engineer-in-Charege.

Rewinding of pump 75 HP with copper wire of suitable dia as per existing including varnish etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of pump 55 HP with copper wire of suitable dia as per existing including varnish etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of pump 15 HP with copper wire of suitable dia as per existing including varnish etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 15277.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 93 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
