Rates shall be quoted per candidate per examination/shift. GST shall be shown separately and excluded from QCBS evaluation. All other costs shall be included in the basic rate.

Evaluated Financial Price (F) for QCBS = Basic Price of C1 + Basic Price of C2. BSSC may issue work orders for C1, C2 or both, depending upon the examination requirement. The accepted basic rates quoted in this Financial Proposal shall be the contractual rates for the corresponding service categories during the contract period, exclusive of applicable GST. No further price bidding shall be conducted for examination-specific work orders under this RFP.
