Temporary arrangement for main sitting Pandal at lawn of lok Niwas in connection withIndependance Day 2026 function made of G.I Pipe Post @ 15' x c / c with profile sheet roofing fixed with J or L hooks over G.I pipe purlins and rafters 7.5' x c / c or as required at site. The ceiling and post should be covered with cloth, frill around (Mateials to be taken by removing dismantling after completion of the function)

Providing and laying 1 layers of 19 mm thick plywood flooring (IS 303) on ground/existing lawn wherever found to be slusly area as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The plywood used for the flooring should be all around framed with 2"x3" standard Hard wood cat-III (not required plaining) including fixing the same with necessary nails and jointing with necessary tape etc. complete the direction of engineer-in-charge. (Required Materials will be arranged by the contractor themself and taken back by dismantling/ removing after the completion of function).

Errection of temporary Pandal stage of floor area 4.50x9.00m,pandal made of 4 Nos G.I Pipe of dia 40mm hold together by 3 nos purlin of same dia G.I pipe and profile sheet roofing fixed with"j" or "L" hooks, floor made of 19mm thick plywood mounted over readymade G.I.pipe box framing of height 0.60 M properly placed over the levelled ground including provision of steps on both edges in front side of stage and floor finally finished with red woolen carpet 4 mm thick.Ceiling made up of 6 mm thick plywood supported by wooden frame of standard hardwood of size 3"x2" fixed at 0.60m c/c on all direction and the frame properly fixed to the purlins with neccessary screws and bolts etc and ceiling properly finished with a coat of putty followed by two coats of white interior emulsion and stage back covered by white cloth free from stains including neccessary support all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(Materials should be taken back by removing dismantling after completion of the function)

Providing and laying new synthetic carpet 4 mmthick of required shade over the plywood flooring.(Mateials shall be taken by removing /dismantling after completion of the function)

Hiring of Kenat of height 1.50 Mtr as per direction Engineer in charge.

Hiring of plastic without arm chair with cloth cover of good quality as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
