Supply and fix 30 mm thick factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside the solvent cement for style and single side pre laminated PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail , the panel will be of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struct inside the solvent cement for style and plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and as per drawing in SSR, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium glazed ventilators shutter top hung/fixed type with frame consists of following specification all as specified & directed. (a) Window frame 50mmx65mmx1.5mm thick. (b) 35mmx35x1.5mm Z section stiles, rails. (c) 35mmx35x1.5mm T section million. (d) PVC gasket with 4mm thick tinted glass, incl aluminium handles with necessary locing arrangement . Note :- (i) Measurement to be taken as overall width and height of ventilator . (ii) No shutter or frame to be measured separately (iii) Cost of all necessay accessories including tinted glass 5.5 mm thick required for assembly and fixing window at proper place shall deemed to be included in quoted rate complete are deemed to be inclusive.
