Dismantling plain or corrugated asbestos cement ( corrugated semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre pulp insullation) or insullation boards/ slabs blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any desription not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches , pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick ( AZ 150) of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall fixed self tapping screwe/ J or L type cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per above item but plain sheet as in ridge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS wind tie for roof including securing bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerb or mud stops rounded or chemfered edge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters , purline where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors , fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confarming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks ( old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cemet plaster including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces of external walls finshed even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cm (1:6) on brick/ concrete surfaces of internal walls finshed even and fair a complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish off the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab of size 550mmx550mm in flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give high gloss (mirror) finish complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but in skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles high glossy finished 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, size of each tiles 600mmX1200mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but in skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 complete .

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ umplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer and putty 1 mm thick of any tint/shade complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and distempering walls by applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over of one coat of putty 1 mm thick of any tint/shade complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old cement base paint surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat with cement base paint , white or tinted including and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plaster surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces and applying two coats with cement base paint , white or tinted including and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wooden /wood based materials of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat with synthetic enamel including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid size 605X605 mm frame work for false ceiling including 4 mm dia GI hanger up to 2.0 m hight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for perforated particle board/ tiles for E board false ceiling 60X60 cm in size fixed with on frame work or with staple on snap grid as in ceiling flat or sloping all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm girth including holdfasts distance pieces etc and painting with two coat synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.
