Reinforced cement concrete work including curing compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 and making good and joints excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5course sand: 3- graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Brick work in foundation and plinth using bricks of class designation-75 in CM 1:6

Iron work in grills / gates etc. Which includes cutting , mouting and fitting of flat cones , T ' S and channels etc.

Supply and installation of green or yellow lit roof expo corrugated sheet ( rust proof, damp and weather proof and lamp proof ). Analysis 3.5 X For 4.5 = 15.75 sq.m

Polished Kota stone flooring over 1:4 cement gravel mortar of 20mm thickness, application of skirting and grinding ( minimum 3 times ) and jointing by filling the joints with cement slurry etc

Transportation of soil for various distances Laying in layers and tamping and levelling and cambering (transportation 1 km )

20mm thick plaster on new work including curing and racking of joints in CM 1:6
