Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes Second Floor

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete Second Floor

Cement Concrete of Grade M35 with water proofing compound of 2% by weight of cement used and using 20mm size machine crushed granite stone jelly etc., complete. PT Beams scond Floor

Rcc Slab Second Floor

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

2.)Construction of Self Help Group Building (Additional Works) At Puthiragoundampalayam H/O Puthiragoundampalayam

Providing Vitrified Tiles finish with in CM 1:3 20MM TK using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required design & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing Floor finish with Anti skid tiles of all labour charges ,materials etc

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers Second Floor

Terrace Floor(Head Room)

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications Second Floor .

Terrace Floor(Head Room)

Oil paniting Distemper area using Distemper over one coat primer including all charges etc complete

Wall Painting two coats Using with approved best quality of Exterior Emulsion paint of approved colour over the Including priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with Two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.
